Position: BC TEAM DIRECTOR

Details
- 1 year contract in order to develop long-term continuity (May 2022 to May 2023)
- Annual post-Nationals performance evaluation
- Attends: Canada Open, Provincial Championships, Team Selections, National Championships, BC Team training events
- Honorarium: $7000 annual plus travel expenses
Qualifications
- NCCP Comp-Dev certified or certified before Nationals
- High Performance coaching experience
- Staff management experience, detail oriented, excellent communication skills, capable of effective pre-event planning & event supervision
Duties
- Performs annual BC Team gap analysis and produces annual YTP plan
- Supervision & direction of program from communication to staff management
- BC Team registration and Nationals registration
- Team budget supervision, team reporting and coordination with HP committee, HP coordinator & KBC
- BC Team event coaching staff selection with HPC, then supervision & guidance
- Attends HPC as a voting member
