List of which group you will report to:

- All dual athletes (kata and kumite) will report to their kumite coach.
- All athletes in two age categories, will report to their older category.
Team Rules:
- Curfew: All athletes must be in their own rooms as of 10pm. Room checks start at 10pm sharp.
- Athletes can only leave hotel in groups of 4, and must text age group coach saying who is in group, where you are going, and when you are anticipated to return. 12/13yr old athletes can leave hotel with parent.
- Punctuality: We will be travelling to/from all team training and tournament days as a team. Since we have 139 people to keep track of, we need everyone on time or early to all meeting times to ensure we are not late.
- Respect each others space in hotel rooms, and sleep times. Be courteous to teammates that may still be competing once you are done. Respect the hotel and it’s staff.
Meeting Area & Schedule
- There is a large promenade on the main floor of the hotel that we will use as our meeting space. It is just beside the lobby.
- Competition schedule has not been released. We will send as soon as we receive it.

Check Weather
- We will be walking outside each day (early in morning) to get to both the Convention Center and the venue.
- Please dress appropriately, currently it is -2 degrees.
- Walk to convention center = 9 minutes
- Walk to train station = 8 minutes, then travel on train.
Spectator Tickets
- EVENT TICKETS – Discounted Pre-Sale tickets are available online until Thursday, May 2nd at a cost of $25 (one-day) and $50 (three-day). Same-day ticketing will be available online and at the venue for $30/day. Tickets are available HERE
