Renewing Your Club Membership
If your club has already had a membership with Karate BC, renewal of your club membership is easy! Approximately two weeks prior to the start of the membership year (September 1st), the Chief Instructor that the club was registered under will receive a club renewal email from Karate BC with a link for renewing the membership.
Clicking on the link will bring up the online registration form (our online registration system is through TrackieReg.com) with pre-filled fields of information from last year’s registration. The person registering your club simply checks these fields for correctness, updates and information that is incorrect, and then proceeds to the payment page.
That’s it!
If your club was registered with us, but you have NOT received your club membership renewal email by August 25th, please contact the Karate BC office to let us know, and we will have another email sent out to you.
Manage Your Members Online
Clubs, at any time after they have registered with Karate BC, can login to their account and, as the member that registered the club, can check or edit the information within their registration. To do this, simply follow the instructions here:
To view a list of club members, anyone with admin access can follow these steps:
- Login here: https://karatebc.trackie.com/login/
- Proceed to the “My Members” section.

You can collect your own club fees on top of Karate BC membership registration, add additional questions if you need information other than what Karate BC includes, setup your own webpage, etc.
