How Do I Renew My Membership?
Membership renewal for all Karate BC members begins on September 1st each year. If you do not have a membership for the current membership year, and it is past September 1st of that year, then please contact the Karate BC office. Otherwise, if you have been a member of Karate BC during the previous membership year, you should have received an email from Karate BC with a link to our online registration system to renew your membership.
This renewal link takes you to a form with pre-populated fields based on information that we had on file for you (or your children) for the previous year. Please check over all of the information for correctness, and once corrected, simply proceed to the payment page and pay for your membership.
That’s it! You are now a registered member of Karate BC!
Login To Your Account
Individual members at any time after they have registered with Karate BC can login to their account and check or edit the information within their registration. To login to your existing account, click the link HERE.

Important Dates
- September 1: Start of the membership year. All Karate BC club members are able to start registering for their membership with Karate BC. Existing club and individual members will receive a reminder email (with registration link) indicating that it is time to renew their membership.
- October 31: All renewing clubs and individual members must be registered in our system by this date.
