CSI Pacific has updated its enrolment process for carding. Athletes and coaches who are currently carded should expect to receive an email from CSI Pacific with instructions to update their profiles through the new system. If you are a currently carded athlete or coach, please ensure that you update your profile in the new system to maintain access to your benefits.
Please read the following important message from CSI:
We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of the CSI Pacific / PacificSport Benefits Passport on February 14, 2025! This new system will streamline access to athlete and coach benefits while enhancing the tracking of participants accessing CSI Pacific and PacificSport benefits, programs and services.
As a valued Sport Partner, we appreciate your support in ensuring a smooth transition. Your advocacy will be essential in helping athletes and coaches navigate these updates.
What’s Changing?
Introducing the Benefits Passport
-
Starting February 14, 2025, all athlete and coach benefits will be accessed exclusively through the new Benefits Passport.
-
Digital and physical cards will no longer be valid. All athletes and coaches will need to update their profile in the new system to gain access.
-
This streamlined system will ensure a more efficient, secure, and user-friendly process for accessing services.
Key Steps for Athletes and Coaches
-
Complete Registration: Athletes and coaches nominated by their sport will receive a notification to finalize their registration by signing the CSI Pacific Waiver and Agreement. Note that the parent and or guardian of a minor participant will need to sign the waiver and agreement, and both parent/guardian and minor participant will need to sign the waiver.
-
Onboarding & Activation: To access benefits, participants must complete the required subscription application in order to be eligible for access to the Benefits Passport.
-
Access Exclusive Benefits: Once activated, the Benefits Passport grants access to 350+ community partners offering exclusive services and perks.
Important: All eligible participants are required to go through the process on an annual basis. Access to benefits is a privilege, not a right. Failure to adhere to CSI Pacific guidelines and policies may result in the revocation of access. Athletes no longer nominated by their sport will lose benefits access.

We need your help to support the process. While there is no need to contact athletes and coaches directly, we will need your assistance in ensuring participants go through the registration process, even if they registered previously. By updating this information, CSI Pacific will be looking to streamline the nomination process and work with sport organizations to enhance data tracking. We also encourage you to distribute this update to your staff who are in contact with your targeted athletes and coaches.
For any inquiries about the benefits passport, including technical support, athletes, coaches, or parents can reach out to enroll@csipacific.ca.
Thank you for your ongoing support in making this transition a success. We look forward to enhancing the way our athletes and coaches access their benefits!
