Karate BC is proud to announce that we have now published a guide for karate clubs and their dojo members, to help everyone better face the challenges that the COVID-19 crisis has put before us.
The link to the guide can be found here: Covid-19 Resource Page
Our working committee on this issue, chaired by Karate BC Board member, Mr. Don Hansen, will do their best to stay on top of things for you, and provide any updates to the information as it is released.
We hope that this will help towards giving dojos the tools they need to re-open, and confidence to our members that they will be taken care of when they return to their dojos to practice karate again.
Karate BC follows the directions of the Provincial Authorities, and their information and advice can change rapidly. Therefore, it is important for all of us to monitor the advice and regulations offered by those authorities on a daily basis.
Karate BC and its member clubs take the health and safety of its members very seriously, and we want everyone to feel comfortable about this return to a new normal of training.
If any of our members have any questions or concerns about this resource page, please contact us. If a member has a question about the measures their dojo is implementing for their return to training, please contact your dojo instructor.
Stay safe and stay healthy everyone. Ganbate!
