My Sport community-the way clubs registered with Karate BC was hopeless. We heard you. KBC tried for two years to get this program suitable for use by our club instructors but the company could not/would not change enough for us. We thought if we could get the New Member sign up cleaner for this year it might help – but the company said that would cost a further $3,500 so we moved on.
This year you will have a one page spreadsheet to complete. That is it. One page. You then complete the summary payment page and send both in to Cheryl and it gets uploaded in our new server. Done. You can pay with paypal, cheque or credit card, whichever works for your club.
The spreadsheet will be sent to club instructors early in October. Clubs who are ready to send in club membership fees now: PLEASE WAIT! There will be an information package sent to you that explains how to complete the spreadsheet and the fee summary sheet. We will also create a tutorial page for you and each club will have one of our staff: Cheryl, Thea or Dan as your contact person should you have any questions.
